** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Embassy. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application, the service fees will not be refunded.


STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:

  • Original signed passport- must be at least 1yr. valid with 2-3 clear visa pages

  • One passport photo (2"x2")- can be taken in our office

  • One Application Form (click here to download). All applications must be typed and all fields must be filled out. A $25 application fee will be charged for hand-written or double sided applications.

  • One PPV Order Form (click here to download)

  • Copy of round trip Itinerary

  • Copy of hotel reservation

  • Non-US Citizens: copy of Green Card

Business requirements

  • Original signed passport- must be at least 1yr. valid with 2-3 clear visa pages

  • One passport photo (2"x2")- can be taken in our office

  • One business letter from US Company (click here to download a sample)

  • Invitation letter from company in China (must include: company letterhead, signature and company stamp)

  • Copy of applicant's driver license (front & back)

  • Copy of previous Chinese visa (if your visa is in the old passport and expired, please include a copy of the visa and your old passport. If your visa is in the old passport and still valid, please include your original old passport)

  • If your previous visa to China is still valid- include a statement addressed to the consulate that you agree for your previous visa to be cancelled in order for the new one to be issued. Sign and date the statement.

  • Non-US Citizens: copy of Green Card

Chinese consulate in New York is currently requiring appointments to be scheduled to submit each application. You do not have to be present for the appointment, we can still drop of and pick up your paperwork. Appointment system is not always working and can book up very quickly. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to find availability to submit your paperwork. Once appointment is scheduled and your paperwork is submitted, it will take 3-4 days to issue a visa. You will be notified of the date of the appointment and date of completion.
