For single entry visas: copy of the ID of the person signing the invitation letter
For multiple entry visas: invitation letter from company in Indonesia issued through Direktorat of Immigration
For multiple entry visas: copy of Indonesian company's trading business license (SIUP) & tax payer registered number (TPWP)
