** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Embassy. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application, the service fees will not be refunded.

STEP 1. Gather the following documents:

Note: All files besides the photo can be in jpeg or PDF format. Passport photo MUST be in jpeg format. Once E-Visa is approved, we will e-mail you a receipt. 

• Copy of valid signed passport- must be at least 6mo. valid with 2-3 clear visa pages
  
• Copy of the front passport cover page
  
• Copy of application form (click here to download)
  
• One passport photo (must be in Jpeg format only)
  
• Copy of hotel reservation
  
• Copy of invitation letter & inviter's ID (for private trips if visiting an individual)
  
• Copy of PPV Order Form (click here to download)
  

STEP 2. E-mail all document copies listed in Step 1 to: INFO@PASSPORTPLUSVISAS.COM

Copies of all documents including passport copy must be e-mailed to us for processing. Original documents are not required. Visa approval will be e-mailed to you in 3-5 days. You will travel to Kenya with a printed copy of the approval notice and your passport will be stamped upon arrival at the airport in Kenya.

STEP 3: RECEIVE VISA APPROVAL BY E-MAIL

APPROVAL NOTICE WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU IN 3-5 DAYS
